Q3:
E.
Give her amoxicillin 500mg and metronidazole 500mg orally three times a day for 14 days.
There are two serious problems with this regimen. First, penicillin’s, such as amoxicillin are not reliably active against N. gonorrhoeae in Ghana, and should not be used. Second, neither of these antibiotics has any activity against C. trachomatis. This regimen is the only one among the option that would be clearly wrong to give. Try something else.
