This new section focuses on the pioneering work currently being undertakenby a special FIGO task force, led by Professor Lesley Regan and Professor Diane Magrane, to establish an educational framework to ensure that all physicians consider women’s health in the light of their patients’ fundamental human rights. The project recognizes that without systems that protect reproductive rights, women are unable to enjoy a full status of health.
